Hi,
  Greetings.

sudo gedit /etc/cron.d/koha

# The cronjobs -- $KOHA_PATH is defined in /etc/environment, and gets set when this process runs as a user (koha).

*/5 * * * * koha   $KOHA_PATH/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -a -z &> /dev/null

This file needs put "koha" (user) in it. Try it. And change KOHA_PATH with your actual directory would be better.
