Please be sure to always respond to the list. That other livecd you mention
is still almost two years old. Consider using Kyle Hall's virtual appliance
(http://kylehall.info/index.php/projects/koha/koha-virtual-appliance/) but
be aware that you cannot run Koha without learning to use Linux.
