[Koha] add member from ldap failed

Hi,

I've configured the connexion to our ldap.

I've thsi error

AddMember failed at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Auth_with_ldap.pm line 158.


What does it mean and what can i do? I've seen in the logs and nothing special.
