And another one that I am clueless.  I've done quite a bit of record editing and all the edits are there.

I see a lot of these:

file does not exist: /usr/share/koha/intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/lib/yui/plugins

requesting ip is 98.246.87.189

happens for a lot of different biblionumbers in the addbiblio.pl script

Probably a koha coding error or missing script file - I am wondering if it is a problem for you.
