[Koha] Acquisitions - Development of one-click "receive basket" button

This is the first time I've put out a proposal for group development on a Koha feature, so please be patient if I'm not following procedure or etiquette. 

I recently got an informal development estimate through ByWater Solutions that it would cost about $900 to develop a one-click "receive basket" button in the Acquisitions module.

For those of you who work with acquisitions, you know that currently you have to receive each separate item in an order basket to completely "receive" an order.  It's nice to be able to partially receive order baskets when items arrive in separate shipments, but when the entire order has arrived, a one-click "receive" function is much easier and logical.  It is a pretty basic feature in my opinion and I'm surprised it hasn't been developed earlier.  I don't think $900 is that much if it is split among interested libraries.

Are any libraries interested in pursuing this development with us and splitting the cost?
