[Koha] Excel to MARC - Marcedit 5.8

I am trying to convert the data of 50000 books ( Marathi, Hindi, English),
Marathi & Hindi data I have converted to Unicode through Suvidha software.
I am using MarcEdit for converting the data from Excel to Marc but facing
the following error
system.data.oledb.oledbexception (0X80004005): Make sure that it does not
include invalid characters

I already have deleted the characters like , : ! - .

Kindly guide
