[Koha] Printing Patron Barcodes

Good Day

When I print a patron card, with or without a barcode, the printer prints a
blank page. Even if I select just the patron information it still comes out
as a blank page. The printer work 100% as I already printed barcodes for a
few books and that worked. Please help?
