Not in the way you are referring to here.

If you add your basket to a basket group when you close it it will
prompt you to generate a Purchase Order - that is a PDF of your order.
The problem here is that there are some hardcoded French strings in
the PDF: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6394
