[Koha] Stop SOPA web page looping back to itself

Our cataloguers are also complaining that the 
<<http://koha-community.org/>http://koha-community.org/> is unavailable 
despite clicking the "original site" button -- they use the manual from NZ, 
rather than a local copy.

I have double checked, and cannot get in myself (FF 8.0.1) to 
<koha-community.org/documentation/> or <koha-community.org/koha-3-6-1/> -- 
I just get to the "politics of the USA" page.

Politics notwithstanding - could we please, please, pretty please, go back 
to supporting open source software?
