[Koha] 3.6.2 - System preferences cannot be updated

Does anyone have a combination of CAS and Koha 3.6.2 running.  I 
determined that the problems I was having with saving changes in my 
staff client was the result of having CAS enabled.  If CAS is not used, 
then the changes can be saved.

Can anyone else confirm this is a problem?
