[Koha] Adding a page to OPAC

Hi all

There seems a provision to add a page to my OPAC by creating a new system
preference. I tried to add a system preference "PageContentsFAQ", but could
not succeed. Can anyone help how to do it?

I referred the following link

seems i am missing something. It gives an error 404.
