[Koha] Koha - call number indexing

All,
Can someone explain to me where the call number indexes are pulling 
from?  We have our local call numbers pulling from the 092 and I thought 
that was the field being indexed, but it seems to be the 
items.itemscallnumber   Is that correct?

For some reason, not all of our records are pulling up by call number 
and I'm trying to figure out why.
