[Koha] Inter Library Loan Module

To whom it may concern within the Koha community,

I looked through the documentation for Koha (
http://manual.koha-community.org/3.8/en/index.html) and could not find an
interlibrary loan module for version 3.8.  I assume that libraries using
Koha will need to consider integrating outside software for interlibrary
loan service.  Is my assumption correct? Any information will be helpful.
