[Koha] I need your help

I am having this same issue. But when i edit the item and just click 'save' it displays the call number (ofcourse it is not possible to do this for each and every item one by one if we have thousands of item in the database). Seems like some bug. Please keep me in the loop too if there is some solution for this.

we are using koha 3.8, the OPAC is not displaying the call no. is there a way how to fix this.
