There is no Version 8,x. Do you mean 3.8.x? What version exactly are
you running, and on what system?

2.2.9 is ancient, so the upgrade was very likely complicated.

"It works!" is the standard Apache website running. You can disable
it with 'sudo a2dissite default' when logged in to your Koha server.
Restart Apache. In the best case scenario, you will see your OPAC
afterwards. Is the staff client running OK?
