[Koha] Overdue items that aren't yet overdue

This doesn't seem to the be same issue (although when you sent that back I
was convinced it was too).

Database entry of an item due back today:

23:59:00 is the time entry on this item rather than the 00:00:00.  However,
issuing a print slip still results in the item coming up as overdue.

Any other ideas?
