[Koha] Bug of MARC XML export.

Dear Developers,

I installed the latest version onto an Ubuntu 12.0.4 LTS yesterday and  
I imported staged MARC records into this instance, then I would like  
to control datas whit an export.

I found a bug the XML type of MARC export does not create a  
"collection" root node just simply put "record" nodes without this and  
repeat the <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> header before  
"record" nodes.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<collection ...><!--- THE MISSING ROOT NODE -->
   <record ...>
   </record>
   <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><!--- THE UNWANTED REPEATED HEADER -->
   <record ...>
   </record>
</collection>
