[Koha] Koha in Basque available

Good morning to everbody

We are more than happy to announce that we have sent to the koha-translat
team the Translated OPAC of Koha 3.6 into Basque.

The translation has been done by a team of librarians of Eima Katalogoa a
high prestigious library in the Basque Country in their migration process
from Absys to Koha

I hope the file will be available soon to everybody, but If anybody can't
wait we can send it to you.
