Heh, Koha 3.6.0 wont be released until October 22nd, so I'm guessing
you mean what will become 3.6? (3.5.0.10 currently)

My understanding is that Koha generates a bibliographic record for every line item in the order. What kinds of work-arounds are you using for these non-bibliographic charges?

In older Koha you used to be able to enter those charges separately
from the order lines, there is a bug lodged for this

Im hoping this will be fixed and in 3.6.0 when its released, (or in
3.4.5 if its fixed by then). Until then, a trick you can do, is have
one biblio, that you mark suppressed so it doesnt show up in opac
searches, and attach all your charges to that.
You don't need to create a new biblio each time, just keep using that
same one again and again
Hope this helps
