[Koha] Label Problem

My mistake here. At present you cannot adjust the barcode position on a
label beyond selecting bib-bar which prints the bib info on top and barcode
on bottom or bar-bib which prints the barcode on top and the bib info on the
bottom.

The patron card creator allows for infinite barcode positioning, but this
will not help with labels.
