May I request you for your kind help of my KOHA problem.

My Institute is  India Government funded research Institute located in
Kolkata, India.

We have been using KOHA last one year. We are having the following problem,
we would be grateful to you, if you could kindly solve our problems as we
are worried. We have been using open source software for our library since
long time. We also use DSPace.

Can u help us on my KOHA problem.

The following are main problems :

*KOHA PROBLEMS-

1. Rebuild Zebra    -------     aborty after about 9000

2. Searching catalogue for books-showing about 560 list where as more than
11000 in the DB.

3. In case of Bound volume Journal it is showing ok.

3. In Database (MySQL)

Item type table has 13 fields specifying the item types

 But in the table items and biblio itemtypes the itype and itemtypes
contains data with values “Book” which is not present in the itemtype. Some
itemtypes are “Null” which should not be the case.

On deleting the records with itemtypes “Null” and “Book”, it is not changing
the situation.

Can u give me solution for this ?
