[Koha] Overdue notices

Hi

 

Our overdue notices are not being sent to patrons. They show in the patron's
Notices tab with a failed status. When I look in the message_queue table,
the to_address field is 'NULL'. Can anyone suggest why this is happening.
The patron does have an email address. We are using version 3.02.00.004.
