[Koha] MARC Authority Fields

Go to Koha Administration -> Catalog -> MARC Bibliographic framework
click on "MARC structure" link related to framework you want to change
search for tag 650, click on "Subfields", than on subfield "a", and than
"display more constraints"
remove TOPIC_TERM under Thesaurus

But, maybe better idea would be to solve your problem with searching and
content of authority file. How exactly did you try your search and what
went wrong? What do you think it should be in your authority files?
Did you use Koha authority files before?
