[Koha] tagging in koha

We are considering, to be a bit more specific, funding improvements to
the tagging feature, and would happily welcome participative assistance
in this regard with any interested parties. If you are interested we can
discuss it with ByWater Solutions, with which we have been talking about
enhancements, or via direct email.
