Yes.
Patron Category is a mandatory field.
And it has to be described when adding a new borrower.
If the patron category is not set, then it will fail adding the patron.
you can set that with describing it in the koha-conf.xml
If you have more than one library to set, then it may be more complex to
have that correctly set, and would require adjustments in
C4::Auth_with_ldap.
