[Koha] Block/suspend user

I found the first answer. I've have to edit the account details and
there is a option to suspend/froze/debar a patron.
But the patron with the expired account can login anyway to the OPAC
which is something that in my opinion shouldn't occurre.
I'll wait for some other answers.
