[Koha] callnumber.pl errors in koha-error_log

Hi Chris,

I am invoking it as a callback.  In order to get it to work I had to respond
to the error in the koha-error_log, however I re-factored the code for our
purposes.

Perhaps there is another issue then, but I am pretty sure I am using the
value_builder structure in the way it is intended.
