[Koha] Z39.50 sources (esp. in Belgium)

Hi Jim,


I have tried IRSpy but for example when I try to add this server:


http://irspy.indexdata.com/full.html?id=Z39.50%3Aopac.libis.be%3A9991%2Fopac01

i get an error in koha. "Connection failed to opac.libis.be"

if someone could get this working, please tell me how...
