[Koha] help with subscription pattern

Hi friends, today I tried to set up a subscription pattern for Fast Company, ISSN 1085-9241. It is monthly with combined issues in December & January as well as July & August for 10 issues a year. Issues are numbered (no volumes) and continue; issue 150 for November, issue 151 for December/January, issue 152 for February, etc.

Other than a manual history, I'm not sure how to set this up. A monthly pattern would require adjustment once a year to predictive dates, a bimonthly (6 a year) pattern would require four additional issues added. Is there a way to set this up without using manual history?
