[Koha] Cannot save vendor order in acquisitions modle

Hi All,

  I've submitted a post before but I didn't get any response, please help.

1. My problem is that i'm unable to save an order made to a vendor in the
acquisitions module and this is occurring on 
    koha version  3.2.2. Whenever i click the save button nothing happens,
absolutely nothing.

2. On version 3.0.6. I am able to save orders made to vendors, however,
after I received the first item i cannot receive any 
    other item from the quantity within order. Also, after I received the
first item in the quantity, if i should click on the title
    of the record i'm getting and error i don't know why.
    
  I did truncated some tables in the koha database: aqorders, aqbasket,
aqorders, aqbooksellers.
  I know for sure that I truncated the tables in ver 3.0.6 tables but i'm
not sure if i truncated the tables in ver. 3.2.2.

 My motive for truncating the tables was to delete the vendors and the
sample data that i had inputted.

 Help is greatly appreciated.
