[Koha] Query about koha

I Mamta Arora working as a librarian in academic library am using KOHA
software from last one year i have done approximate one thousand
entries previous entries were transfer from delnet software to koha
now i want edit the call no. of previous entries those were from
delnet is there another method to edit single entry at a time  beyone
open koha For eg. may it possible if i all the call no. edit in excel
sheet after this it will import in koha.
