[Koha] SQL start error

Hi all,

I am facing following error when trying to start mysql.

$]/etc/init.d/mysql start

Error 1142 *Select* command *denied* for user kohaadmin at koha for table user.


Also I get same error when i login using following

mysql -ukohaadmin -p

>*Select* * from mysql.user;

My System Configuration
1] Using Oracle Virtual Box
2] Debian 5.0
3] Koha 3.0
