I hope you downloaded the most recent version of Koha instead of using
the download link in that post. The latest version can always be found
here:

This is an Apache configuration problem rather than a Koha problem in
particular. Check the instructions under the heading "Add Koha site to
Apache and configure Apache2" and try searching for resources that
cover Apache virtualhost configuration.
