[Koha] Mapping 852khi into koha 952o

In MarcEdit there is a way to append to a field.  So you first put the
852k in the 952o and then append the subfield h and then the subfield
i.  I don't have MarcEdit in front of me so I don't remember how to do
this, but I know we have done it.
