[Koha] Fwd: Conference bids?

I'm seeing a VERY strong push for KohaCon '11 in India, and I think it's
fantastic.  As Chris said, we've had KohaCon's in Europe, North America and
New Zealand so far, so having one in Asia, especially in a country with so
many interested parties, would be a fair and balanced next choice of
rotation for this global conference.

Besides, just because we're having KohaCon one place doesn't mean people in
a region can't get together and share knowledge.  And, as we learned at
KohaCon '10, it's perfectly possible to do tele-presenting for those who
can't make the trip.
