[Koha] Koha upgrade to 3.2.1 issue with DBD::Sqlite2 and PDF::API2::Simple

Koha 3.2.2 is now available.

It's not in the repository.  You will have to install it via cpan.

openSUSE 11.3 has Graphics::Magick 1.3.12 which should be OK, but it
still complains.  However, it says that it is not required, so I didn't
worry. Everything seems to be working.

It says that it can't find inc/Module/Install.pm.  I installed
Module::Install from cpan.  Then PDF::API2::Simple installed OK.
Someone should add Module::Install to the PDF::API2::Simple prerequisite
list.
