[Koha] AccessPA search target

I discovered the z39.50 search target Access PA, which has been a godsend to import records for Scholastic books.  The only problem I'm having is that when I click on "save" for the MARC record, I get an error message if the subfield 040 has nothing in it, specifically 040c.  Using the manuals, this subfield seems to refer to an OCLC code number.  I have searched multiple sites and cannot seem to find an OCLC code for Access PA.  Any help?
