[Koha] Logging of fines

Hello all,

Can anyone please confirm to me if the librarian who collected or wrote off a fine is logged. If it is not, then does anyone know the SQL to get this information out of the database?

I have an installation running 3.0.1 and checking the fine log just puts kohaadmin (0) for all the fine events. Seems to me as if it is just logging the perl script "fines.pl".

Upgrading to 3.2.2 just seems to do the same thing.
