Are you trying to find holds placed by a particular patron or all
holds by all patrons? On the circulation home page you can find a few
different holds reports:

Holds Queue: /cgi-bin/koha/circ/view_holdsqueue.pl
Holds to pull: /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl
Holds awaiting pickup: /cgi-bin/koha/circ/waitingreserves.pl
