[Koha] Slow system

Yep, this was fixed in later versions of Koha (what exact version of
3.2 are you running?)

Bug 6801 has the fix

This was released in 3.4.6, and 3.6.0 so any version of Koha later
than those will have it.
(3.6.x are the current stable releases, 3.4.x are the old stable ones,
still supported,  and 3.2.x is end of life and no longer gets bug
fixes apart from security ones)
