[Koha] Cannot Place Hold

Dear Friends,

I got following message when I try to pace a hold,

Cannot Place Hold
Too Many Holds: Thomas has too many holds
No copies are available to be placed on hold.

My Koha version is 3.4.6.

Please suggest a solution?
