[Koha] Error in adding recipients for routing list creation:Filter not wrking properly

I am trying to add recipients to a routing list
In the filter popup,
I gave name:t
Library: CDCLibrary(library defined by me)
Category:Any
But I get all the names instead of the filtered results
Why is it so
