[Koha] perl modue Graphics::Magick not found

For Ubuntu, 1.3.12 is actually the newer version found in 10.10 and is
stable. 1.3.5 is an older version from 9.10. The dependency checker tool in
Koha simply parses the version number incorrectly so it believes that you
have a lower version.

I use 1.3.12 in the live cd and so far nobody has reported any problem
relating to it.
