[Koha] Zebra - Not really creating?

Since I've never created Zebra indexes before, I'm thinking my problems 
might be that I'm not really getting them created properly.  I see the 
following:

CLEANING

No errors shown, but I really don't have what I think should be enough 
for a valid resulting output.  Where else can I look for more complete 
diagnostics to understand what might or might not be going on here?  And 
what files can I review to make sure I have a valid indexing result?
