[Koha] KOHA library system gives error message

Hi guys,

I have just installed koha, but from (catalogue->Add biblio->Create Empty
biblio) when i try to add data i get following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at testkoha.org and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that
may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


I don't know what caused this error, is it because of server error
configuration or data entory?
