[Koha] Koha - insecure = off

I am experiencing something here.. as i was reading a manual.. i wentto
system preference and under insecure i change it to "yes" as i was trying to
see what will happen however now i cant turn it back to now as it says am
not logged in and i dont see the long page. What can i do to get this back
to normal.
