[Koha] Showing Marc21 526 subfields in OPAC Normal View, or Labeling them in Notes

Hi All,
Our School uses Scholastic Reading Counts and I’ve figured out how to
enter the “Reading Program” information into the MARC records 526
subfields.  But I’d like the information to be displayed more
prominently for the students in the OPAC.  Right now they have to
click the “Title Notes” tab to see the information (or the “MARC View”
which most of them don’t look at because it is confusing).   On the
notes tab it is displayed as such “Reading Counts RC 3-5 5.1 10”  So
the list of numbers have no labels.  I’d like to at least get the
notes tab to show labels for the numbers.
Reading Counts
Interest Level 3-5
Grade Level 5.1
Point Value 10

Better yet since this info is so important to the students, I’d love
to figure out a way to have this just show up in the “Normal View”
Along with the Lexile Level from 521 8 $a perhaps like this
Reading Counts                Point Value 10      Interest Level 3-5
  Grade Level 5.1    Lexile 700

I’ve been looking around for instructions on how to do this and have
just become confused…  So my questions are
1.	Can it be done?
2.	Where do I find info on how to do it?

I am using Koha Version 3.02.00.004
