[Koha] Zebra: only can index in XML format. Please help.

I run as you suggested, but still cannot use the Authority Search.

I get the feedback from the librarian, She said she imported 110 new records, and changed the preferences to enable subject keywords of imported records to automatically create an authority record for each keyword (these are the 650 and 651 Marc fields as shown in the MARC display below)

Do you have any ideas why it is like that?
