[Koha] Missing Tag 43

You have to play with your Frameworks, because these MARC fields are available ... maybe just not in the framework you have on screen.

Subject: [Koha] Missing Tag 43

Forgot to include this question as well: Koha does not provide this tag either.  Since the video I am cataloging includes music of no less than India, Egypt, Turkey Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, France & Spain, what should I use.  And same question: can anyone tell me why this tag is omitted?
