[Koha] invalid token in parser.pm

This was the result of a corruption in the koha-xml.conf file.  Some extra
spaces were added here:     
<    password>library
This needs to look like this:
    library

Corrected that and changed the password for kohauser at the same time.

Have posted this in case someone else has similar problems.
